    Was on the website looking at canvas. I was trying to check a discount code when the order was placed. This was at 5:25pm on 9/10/2023. I immediately called, 5:26pm, It was outside of normal business hours. I then emailed support and did a message online. They replied to my message on 9/11/2023 at 8:34am and said the order was already done and ready to ship, that I would be charged a 30% restocking fee. It says right on the order email that it would take 1-3 business days to process the order and that I’d get an email saying it was processed. There is no way that the order was completed and ready to ship. I never had to put in a code or card info when I was checking the sale coupon. No security number or anything. I do not feel that I should have to pay a restocking. It states right in the site that they need to be contacted within 24hrs to cancel the order. No where does it say anything about a restocking fee.

    They have corrected the issue and gave me a full refund. I'd like to remove the complaint against them
