Prospective tenants! If you can do better than living in this **** **** complex...then PLEASE DO! The buildings are old (inside and out) so are the appliances (outdated). The buildings have not been painted since the year 1900 BC. The corridors are filled with cobwebs and just plain old dirty! Seriously, can so called management at least power wash these old filthy buildings since y'all clearly can't afford paint! The grass is dry and thirsty looking...but they make sure to take care of the grass surrounding the office (false advertisement) just wait until you get a complete tour of the complex and see the lack a shrubbery, green flourishing grass and beautiful flowers (those things are NON-EXISTENT here). The 1st of each month you'll get an email titled "RENT DUE" ...in my opinion that's unprofessional and straight ghetto...but I guess that ought to be expected living in village springs. I'd also like to mention that I experienced leaking in my bedroom ceiling approximately 5 times (mattress soaked and all) and I got pictures to prove. Maintenance came out each time and did whatever the hell they did, rain would fall heavily again, and here comes the leaking AGAIN. I also had to sleep in my child's bed on one of those occasions. That's what I'm paying approximately $1400 monthly for. I'm happy to moving this year. Breaking my lease, which will be costly, but oh well. I had enough of this trifling complex and their non-starter "management" team!
