Very poor managed organization. They seem only interested in making money for their leader that has an untrained Service Dog that has ****** one of my cats during a home visit by their leader. I would never allow any Dog on my property that would **** or even chase my cats.

"New Horizons believes our clients, applicants, and volunteers deserve the utmost respect and care, and we strive to continue that quality of care. For this reason, we are meticulous about the training we provide and the applicants we accept, as we are not willing to sacrifice quality for quantity. This client has recently been denied a successor dog as he has not complied with our recertification requirements. Although we have no record of the event he is speaking of, we are sorry that this is his recollection. As a nonprofit 501c3, we are eternally grateful for the generosity of others that allows us to continue our mission to help people with disabilities find independence through quality trained service dogs. Our executive director works tirelessly to uphold the standards of Service Dogs in our organization without a paycheck from the organization. Our audited financial statements can verify these facts. We are disheartened that this gentleman has chosen to slander our Accredited Organization as a response to our ongoing commitment to our standards.
