    I booked a moving service for ******* moving company via Your Contrat Needs on their website on 01/16/2025 and submitted a deposit of $292. On the day of moving (01/31/2025), I was asked by the movers that I need to pay them separately by venmo, which was never mentioned before. I paid them $259, after calling their number ********** to confirm with the company that I will receive a refund in 3-5 business days. However, the refund never showed up in my account, so I had to contact Your Contract Needs again. At first they said they will send me a check, which has never arrived, then when I tried to called the 888 number, it became invalid. Then I called Heavens Moving customer service number ********** trying to state my issue and get a refund, they just kept telling me that I should call the invalid 888 number, I called the wrong company, then they even refused to answer my phone. After that I found Your Contract Needs other phone number on BBB, so I called the **********, and was told that I need to call the 833 number which I contacted earlier with no result. And in the middle the conversation, Heavens Moving called me again and told me to stop calling Your Contract Needs since they are the same company, in a threatening tone. I was totally confused, since they have different names and different phone numbers and websites. Moreover, they are the only companys which had interaction with me regarding the refund issue, I have no one else to contact. They are just shirking their responsibility. Therefore, I am writing to ask for a refund of $259, which I paid by venmo directly to the movers. I am looking forward to a reply, thank you!

    Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Overcharging and Unprofessional Conduct To Whom It May Concern I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the highly unsatisfactory experience I had with movers contracted through Your Contract Needs on November 26, 2024. The service was riddled with delays, unprofessional conduct, and severe overcharging, leaving me frustrated, inconvenienced, and out of pocket for an amount far exceeding the agreed-upon price. In addition I incurred additional personal expenses due to missing my scheduled flight, and having to pay to re-book to be placed on a different flight since I was within less than 24hrs of my flight leaving.Details of the Incident 1.Payment Discrepancies:I initially paid a deposit of $123.00 and was advised that the remaining balance would be $136.00. I also planned to tip $50.00 and provide two $25.00 gift cards. Instead, I was forced to pay an additional $474.00 via Zelle to the movers, bringing my total to $597.00. This is more than three times the quoted price. The movers were not credible as they tried to lie and say the amount was a tip. I did contact my bank to report them for fraudlent activity, but sadly payments done through Zelle cannot be refunded.2.Repeated Delays and Mismanagement:oMy move was scheduled for 9:30 AM, but the first set of movers did not arrive until after 11:30 AM, despite multiple calls to the national dispatch line (placed at 9:14 AM, 9:36 AM, 10:18 AM, and several more throughout the day).oThe initial movers arrived without a truck and suggested using an SUV to transport my items, which was entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. They admitted they had only seen the job posting at 9:20 AM, indicating poor scheduling on your part. (Full letter attached since it was too long)

    Your Contact Needs hasnt refunded me a deposit ($164) paid for moving services. The movers were scheduled to come on September 30 at 9 am but it was a no show. We were stressed out. We had to move all the stuff out on that day because we already scheduled cleaning service and carpet cleaning in the afternoon. We waited for 5 hours and they didnt show up. I called them and they said they would cancel the moving services and I would be refunded for the deposit plus $199. However , I never received the refund . Every time I called them, they lied! They said they mailed me a check but I never saw it. They said they would mail it again but I still didnt get it. I called them again, they said they didnt do check anymore. I provided them my bank account information and I still didnt get the money. I called them again and they said I should be refunded by Dec 27. I still havent received the refund. I wont trust them anymore.

    1. I asked for contact information for my movers. They refused.2. They claim to be a union shop and control their movers so I do not need contact information. They lied. They are not. They outsource to contractors.3. They also refused to give my information to the movers.4. Obviously this led to issues with the movers not arriving to the correct location and arriving hours late. Obviously they decided to charge me for this time.5. Big do not recommend.

    This company has not refunded a deposit $207 that was paid for a move. They lied to me several times and have been extremely unprofessional.

    I got a quote from this company, paid a deposit and was confirmed for 5 PM last Thursday for moving services. They called me at 5 PM saying the previous move took over time and they would have to reschedule me tomorrow to 10 AM. I said I understood, however I was already prepared to move that day so all my stuff was packed away. I had to sleep over my friends place since I didnt have a bed. I continued to the next day I got a call around nine saying the movers at the 6 AM job would have a three hour window in which they can work and they would call me when they were on the way. Once 2 PM hit, I called again and they said they are finished up a job and they will come to me at 5 PM. I was already frustrated by this point but I had no other choice as my deposit was given already. I also had to add spackling services as I dont know how to do it myself. Then at 5 I still did not hear from them ALL DAY. I called and said I was frustrated they said they have no more movers available and that the best they could do was give me a refund. I had to move out of my apartment by this weekend. I had no choices to call people and ask for quotes with one day notice! I started crying on the phone and they said they were working on it but I already dont trust them. I asked when they said the last mover was going to come and they said it was at 3 PM. What was happening all those hours then! Why didnt they come? And I have nothing to use. I had been waiting all day and I was bawling from frustration. Luckily my friends found me movers to help me move. But since its last minute he charged double, and adding for spackling services. I booked this company because it had great reviews. But I felt very desperate. I dont like that they took advantage of me at a desperate time. If its a service that needs to be done by a certain time frame or in a certain way. I dont get why all these people had glowing reviews but I am dealing with this currently. I'd like my deposit returned.
