    Tampa Bay friends with generators, think twice before using GenerX Generators for service. We pay for yearly maintenance, and our unit was serviced a week before Hurricane Milton. When our power went out, the generator's fan belt shredded because it had never been replaced! After paying hundreds for an emergency call, they never showed up. Multiple calls led to no response, and the mailbox was full. We drove to their office for a replacement and were told none were available. Emergency service weeks after the fact isn't acceptable.

    We understand how crucial reliable power is for your needs,

    this matter very seriously and are currently conducting a thorough
    investigation to prevent such issues in the future.



    As a company that services approximately 25,000 generators
    each year, we are currently managing a significant number of service requests
    related to extend run times caused by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Parts
    resources have been under considerable stress during this time, and we are
    working quickly to replenish our inventory and improve our response
    capabilities.

    This company is hands down the best company I've ever dealt with! I had a whole house generator installed with this company, and they respond to your questions whether it's in the evening or even on the weekend! The entire process of installing the generator went very smoothly, with no issues whatsoever. Everyone in the entire company that I had contact with was very professional and knew their trade! It was a real pleasure doing business with this company, and I highly recommend them!!
