This School Has No Empathy For Parents Today Was My Son 2nd Day In School and I Was 10 Minutes Late As I Approached The Front Desk I Was Automatically Presented A Form To Fill Out For A Payment Of $28 Me Being New To The VPK Program I Wasn’t Aware There Was A Late Fee So I Then Asked Do You Guys Not Give Warnings I Mean It Is His 2nd Day At The Facility. They Where Ferm On Them Not Caring On Any Reason Why I Was Late They Just Wanted Me To Sign & Pay The $28 I Decided Just To Take My Son Out Of The School Because A School That Has No Compassion For Parents First Time Being Late Is A School That Wouldn’t Have Compassion For A Active Student, The School Just See’s Dollar Signs. When I Got Home I Spoke With The Front Desk Staff To Let Them Know That My Son Will No Longer Be Attending Their Academy She Tells Me She Understands But Really Doesn't. We Then Get Into Deep Conversation About How They Have No Sympathy For Parents and She Says Well The Teachers Have A Set Time To Leave So I Then Ask Her Well If The Teachers Are Late Do They Get Fired ? Do They Get Pay Taken Out Of There Pay Checks? Do They Have To Pay A Late Fee ? She Replies No! So That Told Me A lot And From There My Decision Was Made To Stick To Withdrawing Him. My Son Loved The School & Activities For The Two Days Of Him Being There But A Staff That Isn’t Professional Or Compassionate For Parents and Students Isn’t A School I Would Recommend ! & From Reading Their Reviews I See They Don’t Take What We Say Into Consideration To Improving Their System.
