    March 19, 2025 Company A to Z ** Supercenter (**************************************). I paid a $1000 fee for them to consign my 2015 ***************** Itasca spirit.March 19th 2025 Consignment to Sales Mr.*******(Sales person No longer works for them) paid $1000 April 14th 2025 Notified ** listed incorrectly on their website April 22nd **** received an Inspection Report an estimate for over $3000 worth of work. (Over a month in possession?) It was in perfect working order when she dropped it off. If it wasn't it should have been communicated shortly after dropped it off not 34 days later.April 22nd May 19th several phone calls and no returned calls or communication whatsoever. No authorization given to work on **! May 19th 2025 **** went to the lot and found the ** dashboard disassembled, heater box apart, windshield wipers removed, a door latch broken, light covers removed open and unlocked Bins and all of the ** accessories absent. **** spoke to ************** (manager) and ***** (sales) went through the inspection report. **** informed them that she did not authorize them to do any work and requested that they restore the ** to the condition it was in when she dropped it off.May 22nd **** returned pick up her vehicle and the vehicle was in the same condition; apart, broken and not roadworthy. The tech had disassembled the dash and determined that an actuator for the ** system was malfunctioning Even though **** did not authorize any maintenance prior to this work being done; she agreed to buy that actuator because ******* indicated that they would order the part on May 19th. But as of May 22nd the part had not been ordered. another sales person manager stepped **** Agreed they drop the ball on my ** and maybe we can purchase the ** was going to speak with the Owner ******* Of June 5th this has not been resolved. I want my ** and all its belongings restored and back in my possessions OR They purchase the ** from me.
