    $39.95 for *************** OCALA FL showed up on my bank statement out of the blue. No clue where it came from. Saw it on 4/9/25 and filing this complaint 4/9/25. After research seams like **** Marketing *** uses a number of companies scamming, BBB rated F. All the positions are held by the same person. The address doesn't show this company name. I want my money back.

    This company operates online as "gimmewater.com" and advertises a five-day trial of their services at no cost; however, my debit card was immediately charged $49.95 even though I was unable to connect to their service to view a program I was interested in watching. They have several different phone numbers which is answered by the same voice and never connected to a live person, The email address they provide on their web site ************************ is fictitious and there is no way to find out anything about how to put a stop to their billing.

    on June 4 2023 at 2:00 am i noticed a $39.95 fraudulent charge on my debit card. I called my bank to cancel that card and be issued a new one. The biller was showing up as *********** with a phone number of ************* I called and was told I would get a refund and the subscription i never asked for would be canceled. The biller states they tried to refund to the card billed, but as it was no longer active there was no way to refund the charge. The biller refused to send a check. the told me to dispute the charge . I tried that but *********** is not the merchants name, it is ************** again a company i had never heard of, my dispute closed yesterday by my bank, and I only got the merchants name today-which was like pulling teeth and now must appeal the dispute closure with the new information which will take up to 90 days. I called the different number for ************** of ************* which went to the came call center as ***********. All the company needs to do is send a check, it is not rocket science. they say "it is against their policy" I have reported the business to the ftc, and this situation to Senator tammy B****** and Congressman Glenn G*******, and Channel * **** news and there are many reports of charges from digitalizze magically appearing on peoples accounts as reported by **********

    The website Digitallizze.co ************** ********************** creates FALSE & MISLEADING ADVERTISING by "subtly solicitiing & overlaying its SUBMIT button atop a dqfanfeedback site" on a users smartphone. This makes it look like the user has to submit/apply first in order to get the free product offerred by the dqfanfeedback site - but instead - is actualy applying for digitallize.co service that the user never wanted to begin with. After the user hits the SUBMIT button - Digitallize.co requests the user to enter his credit card no. as well. "**************" is barely shown on the SUBMIT overlay screen - as it is obviously trying to mislead DQ customers into submitting cc data (for unwanted service) to its website.

    I was fraudullently charged for a membership to this company that did not have my permission nor did i ever sign up for a membership

    I paid 1.95 for what was supposed to be a free app called Moolitma. I have been getting charged 39.95 from a company called digitalizze for absolutely no reason at all. I have found out that this company is linked to digitalizze! I want a full refund for all the months that I have been charged for a service I did not want nor receive.

    While I was trying to register for government contracts, this site popped up as a second authentication process and somehow signed me up and created an account for streaming movies which I did not want.

    There is no way to cancel the account.
