They are not picking up my garbage. It's been two weeks after paying them now I have garbage all over my yard from animals getting into it. Also flies everywhere I've called numerous times and they either don't answer or tell me they'll be out later. This business is the only one we can get for ************ in *********************. Purchased curbside garbage pickup service on 5/6/24, initial service to begin on 5/7/24, not pickup, no returned phone call. On 5/9/24 promised service via FB Messenger the following week, still no service. When I do speak to a love person, I'm told either they are on their way or someone needs to talk to someone else. I've received absolutely nothing from them so I attempted to dispute this with my charge card which was refuted by the business who claimed they have performed services. I have a time lapse of photos showing my trash at the curb on each day since service purchased, I have screenshots of conversation on FB and messages sent via website, I have audio recordings of conversations with receptionist, I have screenshots of other customers complaints from ****** that have gone through the exact same thing. I filed with the Florida ************************* for fraudulent business complaints on 5/14. The only time they make restitution is when they are shamed into it by the BBB or other agencies and that's just not acceptable for a Necessary Utility Service to be ran as a Catch me if you can operation.Business Response

********************** has been issued a full refund for $48. Refund trans ID #************. Original payment was made on 5-6-24. Original transaction ID #************ with authorization #******. ********************** was to begin service on 5-14-24, not 5-7-24. By the time payment was made on 5-6-24 drivers manifest had already been sent to drivers for 5-7-24 service. I am sorry to hear that ********************** had problems with the service. We make every attempt to satisfy and reconcile all customer complaints in an orderly time frame. The screen shots that ********************** attached are accurate, but I would like to point out that there are also positive reviews for our company. We thank you for your time and hope that ********************** is satisfied with the results.

I paid for 240 gallons of trash to be removed weekly and only 120 gallons have been removed per week. I called twice and they said they would have someone remove it and it has not happened.Business Response

******************* is incorrect. Young's Garbage Service nor ******************* were/are under a contract. All services can be started and stopped at any time. Young's Garbage Service LLC is an independent contractor operating in **************** with a franchise license. The Marion County ********************** cannot enforce us to service any customer, only to abide by the franchise agreement, which allows for either Young's Garbage Service LLC or the customer to discontinue ********************** at any time and for any reason. ******************* has been trying to get us to continue service to her address, but we are not able to meet her demands, which is why service is no longer available to her. *********************** account was paid until May 20, 2024. We were to provide service until that date only. I advised the driver on that route for 5-21-24 to service ******************* one last time as a courtesy. We will no longer be providing service to ******************* going further. Thank you for your time.

I am rejecting this response because I had to hire a trash person to take the trash for weeks that I had paid young's to. They never showed up so I had to hire someone. I prefer the new trash service. They have over 100 very bad ****** reviews with clients complaining about being frauded just like I was. I am pushing to remove their franchise. You can close the case. I have the Marion County Trash director calling me when he is back in office to discuss referring to another department to enforce code and I will be in contact with newspapers afterward. I have witnesses to the phone calls with *******, receipts and a new trash company who has completed the service they did not.

I paid for 3months service July 1, 2023 due to lack of service I cancelled Sept 7, 2023. I requested a refund for the month of September as my rubbish had not been picked up when I called the office I was told a refund would take 2 to 4 weeks I have never received it to date I called several times the last time Oct 26, 2023 I have been given several excuses as to why my refund has not happened. I prepaid for 3 months worth of garbage pick up and for 3 weeks straight, they did not come to my home. When I called to inquire about it, they noted that it is a luxury that they server me although I am a paying customer. When I requested that services be canceled and I be provided a full refund, I was hung up on. We had Young’s Garbage a our trash company and have had continuous billing errors and duplicate bills.
We left spend the winter in our Motorhome last August returning in Late June. We kept getting bills and called and asked to be put on vacation hold Dec 22.
On returning we change to a different trash pickup company. No trash has been picked up at our residence in the last year by Young’s Garbage and we never called to be taken off vacation hold.in late June we received duplicate bills I called and told them we received the duplicate bills and told them that they were not our trash company. Aug of 2022,
We pay for trash service that's lacks untimely pickup days or 2 weeks till pickup when we pay for 1 day per week.. Place calls to the business get no response
Drive by the business, their trucks layout on the property but no personal has been seen at the business. When they miss days or weeks trash is going on 6 cans and wants to charge extra(over $100) when they do come to pick up..
Would want a refund for lack of service promised.
