    On 06/18/2025, we took our car to this location for an oil change. The pricing was listed as $82.99 for full synthetic oil. The assumption is there is a minimal shop fee and tax. We were charged $118.99 plus a $5.99 shop fee plus an additional $13.99 for the synthetic filter. The subtotal before tax is $138.97. They then applied our Fleet Discount taking off $27.80. They then added tax to make the total $118.95. I don't dispute that they changed the oil. My issue is that the same service was done by the same company at a different location a few miles away for effectively half the cost. We were charged for a "synthetic" filter that we did not ask for. We were charged for ***** 1 oil that we did not ask for. We were not notified that we were being charged for anything other than the $82.99 service that is noted on our account. We called the corporate office and were quoted an $82.99 price for the service and were even offered a $20 off coupon on top as a regular everyday person. The representative did not know we were a fleet customer or have any knowledge of our account before the price he quoted us. This is not the first time that they have overcharged us for services we did not ask for or accept. This is absolute bad business. It's shady and I'm sure we are not the only customer that they have gotten over on.

    I recently visited the Take 5 shop located at: ************************************************** and was appalled by the abysmal customer service provided by the "shop manager".Upon arriving, I requested a top off when asked if I want an oil change. I also said "yes please" when I was offered water which I didn't receive until later when I asked about it. At the end of service, the manager accused me of lying and yelled out to others, "She got us! She got us!" Informing me heard factually I told him "an oil change". Not only was this accusation untrue but the manager proceeded to spread false information among the staff, labeling me as a scammer! Despite my attempts to clarify the situation, the manager adamantly refused to acknowledge his mistake/ miscommunication and outrightly banned me from returning to the establishment! This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is simply unacceptable.My experience left me feeling utterly disrespected and undervalued as a customer!

    Hello, this Take 5 is definitely in business. I just called them this morning to confirm they haven't closed since tiny visit last Friday. I actually spoke to the manager I had the interaction with. I could tell it was him but his voice. I asked for his name. He wouldn't give it once again when I called. The info for this Take 5 is: ****************************************** and there isn't a direct phone number for them but the generalized number you have to ask to be connected with that location ************. So please re-open this complaint. Thank you
