Hello my name is ***** and my complaint is about **********************. In the month of March I had some packages delivered to the the building next door suite 18. The company that the address was address to has since moved. Ms ***** interned went next door move my packages for his front building and carry then over to her establishment and later took them home to her residence, upon me calling around I found out that she had the packages and got her cell number. I did call her she did admit that she has my packages but they were to her house . So I ask her to kindly send them back to the sender so I can have my stuff back, she told me that the package was open and that she no longer had the label info because she opened them., so I ask her to call *** and have them pick my stuff up and send them to me, so told me cold she is not paying for my package to be ship back to me. So I told her I call *** and ask them if she brings it can I pay over the phone and they told me yes. I message ***** and relay the message to her she stop answering me and she refuses to give me back my stuff. I message her this morning and told her that's stealing because they we never address to her or her business and all I wanted was my package that she stole.

*********************** had packages delivered to a company that no longer operates at this location. The new operator of this location is not onsite everyday and as a mutual curtesy, we have collected packages left at the doors (directly beside each other) as to not be damaged by rain or stolen. **************** packages in question were in fact left on our doorstep and had to be moved to the other side to gain entry. After making initial contact with new occupant of suite 18, ************ was given my address and informed that there were 2 packages not 3 and one of themes damaged due to rain/sprinklers and the label information no longer legible. In a text on April 24th, she asked that the packages be opened fully and pictures be taken as her brother would arrange to have them returned to him. Over the course of 2 weeks, ************, changed her mind and kept insisting that A Better Concept or ******************* incur the costs of mail and delivery to have HER packages sent to her or her contact. On May 2nd, she insinuated that her packages were lost and was informed in the attached text log, that they were at the office waiting for her to collect them.

During the time that ************ claims that ************ was not answering her, ************ was dealing with family and advised ************ of the situation. On May 9th, when communication resumed, ************ was updated on the situation and reminded that the incurred costs and time, could not and would not be a matter for A Better Concept to consider. She was also reminded that the packages were in fact still in the office's possession because she cancelled previous plans with her relative to collect the TWO packages and demanding that we process her redirection. At this point after impugning both ************ and the company, ************ advised the Executive Assistant (via text with **************** WhatsApp) that she was contacting the local police and an attorney. With that, further communication was ceased  when we informed her that we will await contact form the police or attorney in order to turn over the items.

On June 2nd, *********** reached out again to advise that she was sending a representative to collect the 2 packages. She was reminded of our operational days and hours and of best times to come so as not to disrupt business. *************************** finally June 20, 2023 and signed the attached document acknowledging receipt of the TWO packages.

************ is not nor has she ever had business, a working agreement, nor was she a client of ******************* or A Better Concept, Inc.
