Sea Air Conditioning came to our home on June 16th, 2023, to replace our central air conditioning unit and arrived at approximately 9:30 a.m. When their technicians arrived, I promptly told them I was having other work completed on the home, and they asked if they should come back another day, but I told them it was okay, and they told me they were sent with the wrong equipment and they had to bring in the right equipment. They had a truck bring in the proper equipment. I should have taken this as a red flag and sent them away. But I let them do the work, and it went downhill from there, but I knew my father-in-law had used your company in the past and was satisfied with you, even though I had read your bad reviews online. I wanted to give you an opportunity to prove me wrong. I had asked the guys to take their shoes off at the door, as other contractors had no problem with taking their shoes off at the door. We just had our floors cleaned three separate times, and everything inside is brand new. We are trying to get my 91-year-old father-in-law back home after losing everything he owns to Hurricane ***. We got new furniture, and we have contractors working hard to complete everything else in the home as we tried to get him back home before my mother-in-law passed away. Unfortunately, that was not possible. After your contractors were done, I asked them if they had cleaned up after themselves outside, and they assured me they had and that the fence could not go back up because it would block the air flow. But several hours later I got a knock on the door, and it was the **** and they had left the fence on the ground along with all of their trash, even though I had explained to them that the *** had just planted all new sod and we would be fined as home owners if we left trash on the ground. But they had left all the trash and the fence they had not put back up that they had taken down. I spent the evening having to pick up their trash, then I came back in and cleaned the floors where they had tracked mud all over the house. I noticed there was water on the floor, but I thought it was from my cross-wave vacuum cleaner and cleaned it up. I also had to touch up the paint; they had messed up the paint on the trap door and the corners of the wall. The next day, the water was pouring out, our new dining room chairs were peeling, the baseboards were coming off the walls, and the walls were mushing. I knew we had a problem. I immediately called your company, and it took hours before you got back to me. Finally, the contractor came out and told me the line was buried in 2 feet of insulation. That was the last contractor's fault. The last contractor was you. We have thousands of dollars in damage to our new home. It took you hours to come out to check on the problem, and the bigger problem is that they never attached the support beam back onto the roof of our home when they unattached it. We are having to walk on new floors that are all mushy now with water still coming out of them. I have asthma, and I can already smell the mold building up in the home from your negligence. A mildew inspection will need to be performed, and our new furniture will need to be replaced and the remaining pieces protected while repairs are completed due to your negligence. The insulation, sheetrock, paint, baseboards, furniture, flooring, and framing on the roof will need to be replaced to return them to their prior condition. The air conditioner will need to be repaired and run properly as purchased. We have since tried to contact them and they refuse to take our calls they immediately hang up. We are now having medical issues due to the mold and mildew that is forming because of the mold and mildew. They have ruined our new rebuilt home and we are not sure when we will be able to bring our 91-year-old ************ back home.
