    I had a new fence put in by this company. They have failed to complete the job after multiple attempts to get them to come to finish the job. They refused to answer my phone calls and refused to show up even when they told me they will come and fix The issues. ******** customer service and communication.

    This is entirely not true. We have been out this property on multiple occasions to fix issues caused by storms with absolutely no pay when we are not responsible for storm damage. When we installed one part of the fence in the back customer was fine with it paid and all was good, months later came at the installer demanding he fix it because he didnt like it angled in which it had to be due to landscaping issues and when we wouldnt do it for free he got upset. The installer went above and beyond and got tired of the threats to complain etc if we didnt come out and fix what he didnt lIke for free on many many occasions over the course of 2 years.

    I hired C&N Fence LLC to put in a gate and small fence back in March of 2022. The fence was sagging by April, and the first storm that came through literally ripped the ground poles out. I even had another company come by to finish the back fencing and comment on how poorly the gate was done. The first fix was done by drilling new holes in the fence leaving open holes all over my new fence. When it broke again soon after and I have been only fed excuses and multiple no show appointments. I understand that product can be delayed, but we are talking way over 6 months now. Instead of fixing their mistake I have been accused of slamming a fence gate that I dont even use regularly. I am attaching photos of the original gate showing large gaps on both sides and middle. Zooming in on any hardware will show multiple holes in the fence and broken pieces. I attempted to leave a review of the company on ******* They replied angrily, saying that there were no excuses made, but also that product was hard to find and I obviously slammed the gate repeatedly and a few other excuses. I was deleted and blocked by the company. When I looked back in old reviews I noticed that they did the same thing to other negative reviewers on ******* No negative reviews can be found elsewhere because they are quickly deleted and blocked. Final contact was in November of 2022.

    Its been 7 months since you bashed us on social media. I honestly think this is such complete nonsense. I wont waste time or energy better put elsewhere, arguing with you. No refund is required or necessary, you have your story we have ours. We did our part and came out multiple times. At this point Ill be taking action personally if this continues. You dont like us or had what you say a bad experience and I get it not all people see eye to eye but they move along. Sometimes there is people who just arent satisfied and in this case thats you who falls in that category. Others have loved ** and will continue to love **. We are great people. Please stop with the deformation of character as it goes against the law. Thank you
