    My experience overall with paradise is slightly negative. The final result was great and the workers who put in the new windows were great. My salesman told me that I would not have to start paying for the windows for just over a year (Nov 2024). This was back in april of 2023 when I met with the salesman. My windows were put in late August 2023 after I was in the hospital for a week in late july early august. Within a week of my windows being installed I received a call and paperwork in the mall that said I had to start paying at the end of the month in September 2023. I was 100% positive that is NOT what I agreed to. I called my salesman & the finance department for over a month trying to get to the bottom of this. Apparently there were 2 different promotions they were offering at the time that the salesman came to my home which was not clearly explained to me. I was given the "other" promotion that I did not agree too. I'm extremely unhappy with my situation
