  I'm having issues like all the other reviewers. I received an email response today that there was a Payment Gateway issue on their website, so my order (placed 10-28-23) was not processed. I will take a cue from the others and call my credit card company. I jumped to place this order because it was for a product that has been discontinued and difficult to find. Secondary sellers on eBay are charging 7 to 8 times the original price for this product. Like another reviewer, I live in Florida and thought I would get a speedy delivery since their website states they are in Naples, FL. It's very telling that the business has not responded to the BBB 's request. Their contact phone number is always busy when I call.

  I placed a order on 9/29/23. I received an email that stated my order was on hold and I wouldn't be charged for the order until it was sent. My bank account started getting charges I didn't make on it. They even attached my card to their wallet and charged me the dollar to set it up. After that I received a charge for $1 from GMAT.target test prep. That must have been them testing to see if I would notice. Since my husband and I use the same account it might have been easily overlooked if I didn't pay attention. After that I was charged $45.31. and then I seen a pending account for $249.99. I called the bank immediately and got my money back. I had to stop my card and wait for a new one. Now I have to go through and change my card with all my accounts. Amazon, ***** etc. Big pain in the ****. From the reviews it looks like this company is total scam and I do not know how it has a website site still up. I must have accidentally gave my debit card number when I thought I was giving them a credit card number that I could watch more carefully. I cannot believe they can still have a website up. These people need to be held accountable. I think they're just going to keep on doing this until somebody does hold them accountable. I would but I don't know how. Too bad you have to give them a one-star to put in a review.I give them minus a million stars.

  Placed an order on February 28. Received an email that the order was shipped. Order never arrived. These bastards are scam artists. Do not buy from them. They do not even have a product. What I ordered was supposedly an exfoliating peel by ole. $75.10 down the toilet. USPS delivery my ***!

  I placed an beauty product order several weeks ago. received a email confirmation stating the order will be shipped one payment has been confirmed. I have not received the order. I also tried contacting the company at the number listed The number disconnects. I would suggest not ordering from this Ladys Dream. Unfortunately , I didn't read the reviews prior to placing an order.

  I ordered something from them that's quite hard to find, and saw that they were in the same state as me so I knew I would get it fast. Because the item is so hard to find, I was sure to email their customer service actually ask them if they had it in stock. I received an email within the next day saying that they did have it in stock!So, I put in my order, and I noticed that within 48 hours that I never received a confirmation email. So I went online and saw that my order was on hold and I sent a message. Nobody responded. I tried calling in the phone was supposedly busy. I did this multiple times until finally somebody supposedly named **** on their chat messaging system answered me. It was very generic, came across as fake but not robotic enough. They said that I would receive an email soon when my package would be mailed, I asked why did it show that it was on hold if they had the item in stock.Never got an answer on this. It made me uncomfortable. I tried calling again and it was busy. So I made it a conscious decision to call one of the days this past week at multiple times during the day to see what would happen with the phone. It always was busy!So I typed in the lady Jocelyn LLC into ****** and came across this! So far my credit card hasn't been charged, I called my bank and reported the issue. Then I messaged the company saying I'd like to cancel my order, doubt that'll work. Then I did something very interesting, I looked up the address of Lady Jocelyn LLC. If you look it up, it is an *** liquor store with a ****** picture and exact address!

  Do NOT even think about ordering from this company. Placed an order and received an odd confirmation email telling me they would complete the order once payment had cleared. To add to this the email came from 123. That was it. No .com or any other extension. An online search led me to all these similar stories. I immediately cancelled my credit card. I was never charged anything but I didnt want to take any chances. An interesting side note. The business address listed below actually belongs to a liquor store.

  Do not give this company your credit card. I looked up the address and there is ABC Fine Wine and Spirits at the location that they say they are at. Additionally, they don't answer their phone it goes right to busy. Buyer BEWARE! I never received my product that I ordered and i canceled my credit card.

  Simply put: This business is a SCAM. Im very surprised that these scammers have been in business for 19 years, as per BBB. I bought and paid for 5 items but received nothing. Not even a thank you email. Their phone number is ALWAYS busy. I emailed the so called company but frankly Im not expecting a response. I also called my credit card bank.

  I placed an order about a month ago and have no response from the company. Now I am starting to get fraudulent charges on the credit card I used. This company needs to be investigated.*************
