    I had a moving quote done May 23rd 2024 and I had paid deposit May 25th 2 separate transactions, 1 for $1000 and the other one was for $595.95. Well, I had changed my mind of using this company. I called the company of earlier in the month this month and told him that I want to cancel this move ticket. I gave them ample time. But the owner tried to convince me to stay, but I didn't want to stay with them. I had made up in my mind and you know when once I finally got off the phone talking to ****. I believe his name is didn't mention anything about my deposit.Being returned to me, so I called back and he said that they will send it over to financial and then they will call me letting me know if you know how much of my deposit. I'm getting back which I should have gotten all back. I called and canceled October. Fourth 2024I should have gotten a call back within that week or some email confirmation of some sort and I had not I called back again. Specifying that I should be getting my refund back. So the hurricane happened that following week, and I understand that Florida was hit pretty badly but at the same time, I still should have gotten a call back or some follow app that that same week that I had called and even the same day um, that I canceled and I got nothing. So I sent them an email asking for my refund. I've got no reply. I want my $1595.95 return to me. The Order number is SB8430850.

    Brightstar moving quoted me a rate of $2800 then said they made a mistake on paperwork and quoted me $3300. My delivery date changed and a company named Hermes moving showed up at my door and added an additional $2000 to the quote and did not pickup all of my goods. I have contacted my booking agent, customer service and Hermes ********************** company and have no idea where my goods are. ****** phone number does not work and upon reviewing yelp reviews they are scammers. These two companies should be out of business.
