            I used this company to store my furniture while my condo was under construction I purchased additional insurance from them which I was charged monthly for should my items get damaged. When they delivered my refrigerator back to me, it was full of mold. I was told to take pictures of it and send it back to them. After about a month they told me that they themselves washed my refrigerator and they wanted to redeliver it. I asked for mold inspection report to ensure that all the mold was gone which they refused to provide. They then told me that they will file a claim with the insurance company.. I have sent emails requesting an update first it was they will make an appointment then it was the insurance company was coming now its we have not heard anything back from the insurance company. It is been four months. I personally believe the insurance was never purchased and it was just a scam to take more money from me for storage. Now not only have I lost my money that I was charged monthly for insurance but I also had to purchase a new refrigerator to replace my 3 year old refrigerator.

            When they moved us from our old home they were very professional and neat and careful. But when they delivered our furniture and personal effects to our new built home is when we had problems. First furniture came back damaged, corners of dressers broke off. They said the warehouse was airconditioned but tops of furniture were stained and discolored by the wrappings that they covered them with. Personal items such as clothes were musty and wrinkled from the heat inside the vaults. They lost a couple of boxes of kitchen utensils, electric can openers and my wife's spices. They delivered items to us that were not ours. Also with a month to go before we needed our possessions they sent out a letter increasing our storage fee a 150.00 dollars per month which came out to a 22.5% increase. The movers that moved us in were very polite and friendly but had no sense of being careful. We have no idea yet of the cost of the damage or the lost items, but I would not recommend them.

            Mr ****** has written an unfavorable review of our performance. The vast majority of our clients are "raving fans" as we usually do an exceptional job - as he experience on the load in. Our air conditioned facilities do not circulate air inside boxes so some level of freshness is lost as well as allowing wrinkles to occur on packed clothing. We do not pack any food items including spices for longer term storage - as for the other missing items or damaged items....it is rare, but occasionally things happen, we are not perfect. He failed to mention that we offered a satisfactory settlement after coming out to his house to address his concerns. Also, his bill ended up over $500 less that what was estimated for the load out. We did raise our vault storage price this year for the first time in 20 years from $50 to $65 per month to keep pace with the average cost most movers charge. Unfortunately, the increase was during his time in storage. We are an excellent company, just not perfect.

            Yes my bill ended up over $500.00 less than estimated. That was due that my wife and I moved two vaults of items to a friends home which reduced our fee. And they were correct we did settle on the invoice it was a random number we agreed on which in no way covered the cost of the damage in the home.
            Very nice people and were easy to work with, but the delivery crew were not as careful as the original movers that moved us out. That was disappointing.
