      The Technician was at our house for 20 minutes, Sprayed WD 40 in a few places, and changed the battery. The bill was $799. Sorry, we didn't investigate the company before booking the appointment.I strongly suggest you shop around for other companies.

      Scheduled a maintenance service call , elevator had not been serviced for 2 years . Tech came out and was here a total of 15 minutes , 5 minutes spent talking . the elevator was between floors brought it down to floor level . I told Eric that the elevator light was flickering he took a picture of it said he didn't have that type on his truck and when it went out call and it would be replaced . I put a ladder in the garage near the elevator unit , it wasn't moved . 10 minutes later he said elevator was fine and left . For that call with no maintenance at all , I was charged $450.00 I called the company and complained and nothing happened , they went ahead and charged my card This company is a rip off , a elevator that hasn't been looked at in 2 years should be serviced properly
