    Gatekeepers located at located at 1301 Rail Head Blvd. #5, Naples, Fl. 34110 was contracted by ******** ** ******** ***. to custom build and mount our new gate during the construction of our new residence. The first attempt to install the new gate went horrible, the installation crew seemed inexperienced and careless. The crew member drilling the holes in the concrete columns for the gate mounting brackets continuously drilled crooked and wobbled out holes, making the holes too big to grip and tighten the tap cons. He then tried to use green plastic coated wire in the holes and that failed. He then tried to cut the tap cons shorter with a grinder and use J-B Weld, those attempts failed, several tap cons simply would not grip or tighten. The second attempt to install the new gate went equally as horrible, the new modified gate mounting brackets were mounted lower to compensate for all the already existing wobbled out holes from the first attempt. This relocation by lowering them would once again not allow the gate to open fully, the gate literally hit the asphalt driveway. After two months of delays, the gate was finally mounted and installed. The next day the gate motor brackets were all loose, not securing to the concrete wall and the gate would not close properly. Both gate motor brackets were so loose and wobbled out that they would not tighten. After the new computer board was replaced, the technician stated that we needed a mag lock to fix the gate not closing problem. After additional delay and expense the technician installed a mag lock. The crew was so sloppy, careless, and the overall workmanship was horrible. Our new gate is not level, straight and had several dint's, ding's and damaged paint. The mag lock stopped working and we have made multiple attempts for service. It has been beyond challenging trying to communicate with this company, they truly seem dysfunctional. No one returns our calls or addresses the issue from Gatekeepers. Do not recommend!
