If I could give a zero stars I would. They never came back to fix an installation problem and they also had me buy a service plan for extra money and everytime I schedule an appointment they cancel it a few minutes before they are supposed to show up. Now my service plan is expired so they took money from me and never gave me the service for it. They never fixed the installation issue. This is not good service and it is stealing money from customers

Beware of any new HVAC system you purchase from One Hour Air Conditioning!!! 2 years ago in May of 2022 we had an entire new carrier hvac system system installed. Last Thursday we noticed the house wasn't cooling properly so we called the company that installed the system. They came out and checked the system and said that the blower motor had gone. Because we did not sign up for their maintenance plan, the cost to replace the blower motor was $736 not including the cost of the blower motor which was covered under warranty. I reached out to the company and attempted to speak to a supervisor to talk about the fact that having a blower motor go after only 2 years of use. The company that installed the system, One Hour Air Conditioning, had no managers working that day that I could speak to. I requested a call back on Monday and as of today there has been NO CALL BACK!! Very ridiculous! The technician was at our home for a total time frame of 2 hours. I wish I could get paid $350- $400 an hour! I find it hard to believe that Carrier Corporation, who makes such a fantastic product, would not have a complete warranty covering the cost of labor as well as the cost of the parts. I don't know for sure, but I suspect that One Hour Air Conditioning gets paid not only by their clients, but by Carrier as well. Either way, in addition to the $8,000 that we paid to have the unit installed brand new, we had to pay an extra 10% only 2 years later. It seems these days caveat emptor takes on significantly more meaning than it used to!
