    I thought I was contacting my Loan provider but was redirected to Simply Documents LLC. I was told they handle the loan and could help me. After getting the contract none of the money I pay goes to the loan and I stay in default on a federal student loan. The money you pay them to STU ***************** LLC and none goes toward the loan. At the end of the contract it states the following: "Client understands that NO portion of the fees paid to ***************** will be applied to clients Student Loan balance. Fees also include ******************* services and yearly renewals". I paid 799 to them which none of went to the loan and then required me to pay ***** a month to them while none of this was being paid to the loan. I'm still owed the money to the student loan. I'm glade a caught this in time. I still lost 799 dollars. Further the cancelation email is a fake and is rejected by your email. I tried both work and private.

    This company did not help with my student loan but keep taking money out of my account!!! Now they have changed their name!!! I cant even call and speak with anyone!!!
