    On March 24, and March 30, 2024 verbal and signed agreement for estimate was made to complete repairs and replace tires with new fleetwood brand tires based upon an estimate from business. My repeated calls and texts would go unanswered at times. Eventually they would answer and promise that repairs were being made but they were waiting on parts. My RV was finally returned to me without the promised repairs being completed on May 11, 2024, and all the tires are used and different brands. Also when they returned it, they just dropped in off in the middle of the night, leaving the keys in it, and parked partially in the street. The rims show some damage as well. The toilet that was empty when he took it was returned with f**** and urine in it with several paper towels on top of that. I suspect they were sleeping in it, but no way to prove that. The light fixture that was promised to have new bulbs put in, was left without the cover or a bulb. They did tighten a side mirror and the ladder for the roof. They said that they replaced the brake drum, but I don't know if they did until I have a professional check it.
