      I purchased and paid for a transmission for a 1986 International truck. that was 2 weeks ago and estimated delivery time was 7 to 10 days. I have called and no one answers. It goes straight to voicemail. I attempted to chat on their website but no response .

      On the 20th of March 2024, I purchased a 2014 ***** Cruze 1.4 L turbo engine over the phone with an online associate from the company called cratedparts.com. It was said that the delivery would take 5-12 business days. After those days were complete I called several times to get a location or answer as to where my engine was and received no response. Ive called from several different numbers via family members to see if my number was blocked but no one could get a response. Today is the 18th of April, 2 days short of a month, and still no answer to my dilemma. I have receipts, and call logs saved in accordance with this problem. I believe it was a fraudulent website, due to the lack of communication. Ive called the company sent emails to the company and left messages to the company which were all to no avail.

      I purchased a motor for my car from this company and never received it. I sent ****** to *********************** who is the supervisor for the company. I made the purchase February 16,2024 and have call and left voicemails about a update on my motor. No answer or call back. They was supposed to send me a tracking number to my email never received when my motor was shipped. They told me when I order my motor for my car that it would be shipped in 5 to 12 business days. Never received nothing. I still call to talk to someone still no answer nothing but voicemail. I just want my money back at this point. It have been almost 2 months.

      Date of Transaction - Feb. 12, 2024 Invoice # - CP684676 Purchased- A used 2.4L engine Purchase amount of $1,625.00. - Additional Phone number for them is ************. - Expected delivery date listed on receipt - Feb. 29, 2024 Delivery extension of 3 to 5 days requested due to holiday shipping - After the holiday extension request; I was told that the engine had arrived in *************, ***; but could not give any tracking information until finale delivery truck had been assigned. To date I have not received any additional information nor have received the engine purchased.I have reached out to both phone numbers and both Email addresses that I have but to date have not received any replies with the requested information for delivery nor return of the purchase funds.I had offered to go to OKC and pick it up myself if they would send me the information (tracking etc.) needed to retrieve this at the freight terminal; but have not received any replies.The name of the salesman is listed as *******************************. Receipt also lists Parts dismantling LLC on it.I could use any help to either help complete the receipt of the purchased engine or retrieving the spent funds for non received merchandise.thank You in advance for all your help
