    I have had a storage in this place that I started on December 2023. The rate including taxes has been $100. The size of the unit is 5x10. I just received a notice that they are DOUBLING the price of the unit less than two months into my storage lease. They are also advertising the same unit for $55 - heres the *** link: ************************************************************************************************************************* I need your help please, these people are price gouging and price baiting customers. I had a bigger unit there and I reduced to a smaller one and a similar thing happened. I also found they are offering my former unit for significantly less money advertised online but I paid $300 for approximately two years. This is an unethical pattern that need to be investigated. I believe I am not the only victim, they are likely doing this to other customers. If they are offering the unit for even less money than I signed online, they need to offer it to me for the same price or go back to the original rate agreed upon on December 2023. Attached are relevant details of what I just stated, including the payment history which is $100.18 .

    Since receiving the letter, we have adjusted the rate for our customer and have spoken to her over the phone. We hope this was an adjustment that is satisfactory and accommodates our tenant with their future payments.
