I contacted Unlimited Property Management office by email and call them several times asking for my refund, on February 2nd, 2023 but they don't call me or respond back in writing with the total of my refund amount and a solution. Mr. ********************* of Unlimited Property Management is the one handling the case, I am also in contact with *************************************** over the phone but to no avail. I emailed them and the company but they are not calling or responding to my email with the amount of money that needs to be reimbursed, I told them several times that I need those funds/money to be able to pay my mortgage which is due as we speak because they are holding my mortgage money. I was overcharged by 3 payments of $948.28, coming to a total of $2,884.84, and I need the overpayment reimbursed (minus the required amount for ******* and February). With the ******* and February payments of $553.03+106.84 (as stated is the new amount) this brings the reimbursement total to $2,184.97. (This total is calculated by subtracting the amount owed for ******* and for February to have my account up to date.)
