    This company IIID Max has had a referral program for years. I've had several successful payments from them until one day they stopped paying without a warning. They did show on their website until recently they are accredited by The Better Business Bureau.

    Our webpage was hacked and we lost a lot of information, including our affiliate program. We had to move our website to a different host with more security.

    The customer information was not compromised, however the affiliate program lost all the information.

    We are working with the provider to restore the information. As soon as it is functioning again, we will pay the affiliates the money we owe them.

    ****** ******* have been paid many times, this is the first time we were not able to do it, due to the technical problems.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have attached all the necessary information to complete this transaction. I have been trying to contact them for several months before the hack and have been ignored several times.

    As I mentioned before, our website was hacked and a lot of information was lost.

    The company that handles the affiliate program is trying to recover the information, so we can pay, as we always did to our affiliates.

    This problem is beyond our hands, but we never had the intention of not paying the affiliates.

    I can understand that the affiliate wants to get paid, and he will, as soon as we recover all the information.
