    I hired this company to handle our payroll! On the first quarter I got delinquency letters from the **** Sense they where not doing their job I decided to leave them. I have been requesting Q1 and Q2 reports sense the first week of July. I received Q1 but not Q2 when I inquired of by I am not getting Q2 then they told me that it hasnt been filed. Q2 was supposed to be filed on June. Now I am been told that o wont be receiving it until august 18 when my payroll is supposed to be run on the first week of august. I believe this company is retaliating and withholding my reports on purpose to cause a delay on employee payments. Without the reports I cant leave this company.     We worked with Quickpay Payroll for a couple of years until April of last year, when we switched to another provider because of all the issues and poor service we received. After finalizing our contract, it was stated that Quickpay payroll would not file **** forms for the time worked in 2022. However, this year we discovered that Quickpay issued *************************************************** 2022 while we were working with Quickpay; this amount was included in the **** forms files by our current payroll processing company as it was supposed to be. This means that Quickpay reported to the *** income for our contractors that they were not supposed to; now, they have more income reported than they actually received.When we try to contact Quickpay they have yet to give us an answer or solution to their mistake. They do not reply to our emails or respond to our calls.
