    On May 7, 2025, I shipped a package through Zion Shipping from their ********, ** office. I paid $176.96, and the declared value of the merchandise was $1,500, as listed on the receipt. That amount also included insurance coverage for the declared value.Later, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $299.60 in customs fees including tax for the release of the package in *****. I paid the total amount of $476.56, but as of June 9, 2025, the package has still not been delivered.When I contacted the company, they said the package was ready, but they pressured me to delete my negative review on the BBB website in exchange for delivery. They also temporarily blocked the tracking number. I refused to delete my review and have still not received my package.This behavior feels like retaliation and a violation of good business ethics. I am simply asking for the immediate delivery of my insured package or an official refund based on the declared value.

    I contacted Zion shipping on 2/5/2025 to pick a large amount of items for me on 2/5/2025 spoke to a lady with an Indian accent by the name of Chica ext 1011. She stated that the driver will be there the next day from 10am-1pm. The driver never showed up I had to call to inquire about the pick up. A week late, finally I was able to schedule a pick up. As both gentleman showed up to my warehouse, they quote me 3000$ for everything including furnitures that they were supposed to take with them that same day. Unfortunately their truck was full due to a previous pick up and they were unable to load the rest of my items into their truck. Both drivers wanted me to pay right away however I decline because they said they will come back and load the rest of my stuff that same week on a weds. Again no one showed up that weds. On a Monday, that same Indian accent lady called me back to ask men if I was available that same day for a pick up, I told her no I was not, then I proceeded to ask her if they can return o Tuesday or Weds, she said no they are not available. She will contact me when the drivers are free. Today is March 14th I never heard back from anyone at Zion Shipping until I called that same lady named Chica to ask her about when are the drivers coming back to pick up my stuff from my warehouse, she proceeded to tell me that she called several times and I was not available. I asked her when did you call my phone and the dates that you called, Chica could not even tell me the dates that she called and the worst is she did not live any voicemails. An email was sent to me stating that they will trash the items that they picked up on the first and only trip that they made and that the drivers cannot return to pick up the rest of my items. Ina addition they will charge me storage fee. I did not sign any contract with this company. Its either they return my stuff or I will ensure they don't stay in business for long.

    First of all, I would like to apologize for that unpleasant experience. As you stated, yes we have picked up multiple items from you, and we are supposed to go back to take the remaining ones. However, since we left, you never pickup our calls. We emailed you multiple times, and you did not reply. One of our managers texted you on March 11th, you did not reply either. This morning again (April 11th, 2025 at 10:20 AM EST), we called and texted you, you did not answer or reply. If you still want your items, please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience otherwise, we will have to get rid of them, as it has already been more than 60 days since we have been trying to know your decision. We have attached our screenshot where we texted and emailed you as our proof.

    I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the service I received from Zion Shipping. I paid 650$ on may 7th for the shipment of my products, Despite sending the agreed amount, I was later asked for additional money, which I declined. Since then, my calls have gone unanswered, and my shipment remains undelivered.I request a prompt resolution to this matter. I expect either the immediate release of my shipment or a full refund of the amount paid.

    I, *************** ****, have entrusted Zion Shipping to ship several boxes from *********** to my family in *****. I am concerned that something may have happened to my shipments, or that they will not be delivered at all. I sent several boxes from the *********** location to ***** in the week of June 21st, 2022. I was told by Zion shipping when, I shipped them, that it would *********** to 8 weeks. It has now been almost 3 months, and my family still does not have the boxes. I am concerned that something may have happened to my shipments or that they will not be delivered at all. I have been in contact with the Zion customer service and have not been able to get any helpful information from them. All they can tell me is that my stuff is still in customs, or it just delayed. They refuse to call customs and look into it, they refuse to call ***** at all to look into the reason why my packages still have not been delivered to my family. I was told by a customer service representative that my packages would be available for.my family to pick up on 9/13/2022. Then on 9/20/2022 and 10/03/2022, I received an email from Zion saying that my packages will be delayed again because of political unrest in *****. There is no more political unrest now in ***** than there was when I sent the packages in June. I was assured that the packages would ***********-8 weeks and there was no mention of a possible delay due to the constant unrest in that country. I also sent a few items with two other small companies that same week, and a box with DHL a few weeks later. The two small companies and DHL have delivered all of the packages I sent with those companies to my family already. It is hard for me to accept that **** is having so much trouble getting my family's packages to them when 3 other companies are able to.     Please be advised that ***************************** packages were delivered weeks ago. All items were delivered to her home as requested and paid for. Prior to the delivery we spoke to ************ and informed her of the political issue in *****. This issue was on going to several months causing delays in the boat cargo operation. The cargo companies all stopped working during this time.

    Nonetheless, the level of insecurity in ***** was at it's all time high. We were advised to stop all home deliveries and not to any chances putting our drivers at risk. Even after explaining all these details to ************ she still could not comprehend why her packages were not delivered. Zion Shipping apologized numerous times during every transaction and tired to find other avenue to assist.
