This is an **** international purchase from *******I am an ***************************** Veteran, and I work 60 hours a week at the ************On Saturday, the 21st of September, 2024. I witnessed a *** delivery truck stop at my apartment building. The driver did not attempt to make the delivery associated with tracking number UPAAF000000067272871 (Pitney *****). I called the *** customer service and filed a complaint against the driver. My apartment building has a security guard on duty on all weekend and holidays. The delivery driver entered into the tracking information the following: "Sat, Sep 21 5:42pm. We were unable to deliver your package. It's on the way to a *** Access Point location next business day for pick up. *****, **. My major problem here is that I can not walk 4 miles to and 4 miles back to my apartment to this *** Access Point. (Assuming that I have the correct address for my location, as the tracking information didn't supply an address. I have to assume what the address is.) I'm a disabled veteran, I don't have a vehicle. I have to use public transportation. When I called *** Customer service to complain. I requested a call back to my phone number ************. Four days later I've received NO phone call. I also requested that a redelivery be attempted for me a disabled veteran who rides to the *********** and working 60 hours a week. I can NOT get to any *** Access Point during normal business hours. I REQUEST AGAIN, that *** deliver this package to my address at ******************************************. I've never had a package NOT be delivered from *** before for an **** item. It's insulting that your customer service thanked me for my service to this country while at the same time doesn't get my package delivered. Why did I serve my country just to be treated like a 2nd class citizen??? Please help me.

I still have not heard from ***. I'm worried that my package from ****** will be sent back. This is one of the reasons that Americans are getting disgruntled with big corporations. Customer satisfaction is NOT what is used to be. Seems that only making money and not communication with their customer base is a low priority.

I guess *** doesn't care about a Disabled Veteran??? I just saw this message on my eBay: Sep 29, 2024, 5:15 AM. ***************** is now saying that, "The package remains at the *** Access Point location and is reaching the maximum days allowed to be held". This is very bothersome as I do NOT have the address of the proper location of my package. As of right now, I have to GUESS what the address of the *** Access Point location. Which means this: The driver who originally said he attempted delivery now gets away with NOT deliverying the package. I complained once already that the driver lied when he said he attempted to make the delivery because he had no access to my building. This is a bold face lie. There is a security guard on duty that would have allowed *** to make a delivery to my apartment. And to top it all off, now over seven days later after I requested a call back to my phone ************, I have yet to have ANYONE call and discuss the delivery of my package. This is really really bad on ***... Do they NOT care about a disabled veteran??? No... They Don't!!!

This is a copy of the entry thru ***** that I had today with your *******/X social media today.

I did pick this item up. But, I still have some issues that need PROPERLY resolved. It took *** 8-days to get me the proper address to your *** Access Point. Your contract to deliver for Pitney ***** doesn't include notifying the package reciprient of the Access Point??? I had to learn of the proper address thru "X"... That's pretty sad. Still this disabled Veteran had to walk three miles in the ******* sun to get a package that the delivery driver didn't deliver but chose to lie about his/her delivery attempt. My apartment building is full of disabled Veteran's. This building has a security guard. Had a ***, FedEx, or some other known delivery service. The security guard would have allowed them access to this building. Why has no one addressed with me that the *** driver entered false information with Pitney ***** and *** electronic systems??? Strange... This entry will be entered into the Better Business Bureau complaint.

It's now been three weeks and *** has yet to answer my initial complaint.

Why did the *** driver enter false information about the delivery attempt of my package?

I've already proven that my apartment building has a security guard and that

the security would have let the driver into my building to make this delivery.

I am a disabled Army Veteran and I had to walk three miles to pick-up my package.

According to Federal Law this driver committed "Abuse" on and "Elderly Person".

I am considered by Federal Law to be elderly.

Forced an elderly person to walk three miles because I don't drive.

So much disrespect by *** to not even acknowledge my complaint.

This is what this country has achieved? Big corporations to avoid responsibility just to get the money coming in.

    Shameful. Very shameful.

I shipped a package back on Dec 12th and paid to have it delivered prior to dec 19th. The package never arrived and was told to file a claim on Dec 21st. I was told by *** that they would have to open an investigation which would take 5-8 business days. I've never heard back from them. After multiple back and forth with the company begging me to be patient and that they had to complete an investigation, I finally was told on Jan 13th that I needed to provide additional documentation, including the shipping receipt and the item's original purchase receipt, which I provided to the UPS store the same day. I was told 3 weeks to receive a check for the claim. 3 weeks later, I'm now being told they've only reviewed the claim on Jan 31st and that I'm looking at another 3 weeks prior to having a check mailed out. It will be roughly 3 months by the time I receive a check for this claim, it's an unacceptable delay in recovering my funds for an error their company made.
