    I had my PO Box at this location for more than 10 years, ***** was the person in charge of this locatio, her customer service was amazing, always helpful, nice, all her staff under her really friendly and it was a really nice location.After ***** left everything went downhill, they changed all the staff at this location and the new people working there, have a nasty attitude, they are always doing faces, side eye, really bad attitude, they have zero customer service training, is horrible. The sad part is the owner seems like doesn't care, he should find someone that actually likes to work and implement customer service guidelines instead of letting all these people be with this nasty attitude. When i signed up and for the last 10 years, the location was accessible 24/7 with a door code, so people can access the mailbox at any time. This was removed a couple of months ago and now mail can only be accessed when their location is open, I NEVER SIGNED UP for this, NEVER.I normally go twice a month and can only go on Saturdays, they close at 3.00 PM, i have occasions where i am there at 3:02 PM and they refuse to allow me to enter the place, with this nasty attitude etc, when i am just going to get my mail, i dont need anything from them, but they still refuse even if is 2 minutes late and they are all inside since the *** truck is always arriving after 3:00 PM There is no need to deal with attitudes or any of that, sadly after 10 years i had to cancel my mail box.Since i renewed on 9/4/2025 and it was closed on 04/27/2025, i need a refund of the 5 months that were prepaid but no longer will be used and teach these people how to deal with customers.I hope i dont have to file complaints with the Florida attorney general and take it to *** corporate.Thanks
