      La peor experiencia, mi sobrino contrato esta empresa para enviar una caja con todas sus pertenencias, ropa y zapatos de toda la familia y esta empresa contrato a *** para el envio y la caja esta perdida nadie responde y ya se hizo la queja en *** porque la empresa Letsboxit indico que no podia hacer nada al respecto. Estamos aun en el proceso de la investigacion pero ellos dijeron no iban a responder. En *** nos indicaron hacer este proceso mientras ellos abren un proceso de investigacion en la busqueda de la caja.
