    On November 17th 2023 I purchased 8 tickets to a show advertised I am *******. Original advertising stated that this was a play called I am ******* and listed the following credits: Actors *******************************, ******************************* and director ***************************. The cast was one of the main reasons these tickets were purchased. The play was to take place on December 12, 2023 On December 7th, 2023 it was announced that the show will not take place on December 12 due to cast not being able to arrive and the show is being rescheduled (NOT REPLACED) for February. Since 3 of the people in my party couldnt make it in February, partial refund was requested and processed 4 days before the show (2/21/24) Teratickets sent out an email stating that the show that is to take place in fact is different from the one advertised different name - altered ******* not I Am ******* and completely different cast members. In The email, the company does confirm that the original show was replaced with a different one. Even though their email states the patrons were previously notified, that is incorrect, the only emails that were ever received by me never stated that this will be a completely different show.I have contacted Teratickes multiple times via email, their website and by phone, they are refusing to issue a refund and further ignoring my messages.

    To Whom It May ******** The refund for the cancelled events wasn't issued to my credit card but in form of credit to my account on **********************. After contacting the agency directly via e-mail they replied that they don't have technical feasibility to do so.I have no plans to use this credit from the site to purchase any other tickets and I want the full refund as a credit to our credit card or in any other form so I can cash out my money.Thank you for the prompt attention to this matter.

    Date of transaction: 11/20/23 Amount: ****** I bought a theater ticket for a play advertised as ************ play. ************ is an acclaimed high quality ***************. Initial date of performance was 12/05/2023. The performance was rescheduled to 02/14/24, and it was fraudulently advertised as the same performance. In fact, subtle details were changed (renamed from " I am ******" to "******"), and different group of actors and producers actually presented a different play of much lower quality. The main poster didn't change and there was no explicit communication that this will be a different performance. In fact, everything looked very similar and gave an impression that it is the initial performance, just rescheduled. This was a fraudulent advertisement and intentional misleading of the consumer. Producer of initial performance even posted on ******** that it is not his peformance and it has nothing to do with him, asking people to be careful. I didn't see this post until after the show.

    I bought a tickets for the concert last year which was cancelled and people from this company refused to return my money back to my credit card . No respond on emails , no responding on my calls.Its not my fault that concert was cancelled .How can i return my money ?

    I bought 4 tickets for the show from this company. The original show was scheduled for 2020 but the date was changed multiple times because of Covid. Last announcement came from them in November ************************************************************************************************************** 10 days. After time passed and Refund not showing on my card account I contacted this company. At that time I was told that they would just give me a credit with their company instead of refunding the original payment because they could not do a refund. I requested a refund check since I am not interested in buying anything from them in the future. They declined. So not only they used my $270 for 2 years, they still have it and will keep it unless I am forced to buy something from them. One of the reasons I am not interested in Their services is that during 2020-2022 I tried to contact them multiple ways (phone calls, emails) and got no response at all. I consider them keeping my money a fraud. They have my money and provided no services or products to me.

    On January 30, 2020 and February 6, 2020, I bought two tickets for a performance at the **************************** in *********, ** that was going to happen at the same year. However, due to Covid, the performance has been postponed a few times and finally, a few days ago, it has been cancelled. I received an email stating that the refund was issued to my credit card, but I didn't get any refund. When I called them, they said that they cannot issue me a refund due to their technical difficulties -- the tickets, they said, were bought too long ago.Unfortunately, my credit card can only take care of disputes happening not more than three months back.Could you, please help me get my money back -- $151.70.Thank you very much for your consideration.*********, ***********************

    I am rejecting this response because: on November 1, I received a message from the company stating that the performance has been canceled and that they are sending refund to credit cards. Within a few hours, I received another email stating that the refund has been issued to my credit card. However, when I discovered that I didn't receive any refund and called them, they responded that they are not capable to issue me a refund, but I can use these tickets for their next performances.There are two problems with their respond:

    1. Everyone else I called received a refund

    2. I spent a lot of money for this particular performance, and I need this money; I don't want to waste my money for any of their future performances. I have the right to decide what I want to do with my money.
