    12/06/2024 - placed order for church projector; 12/16/2024 - projector delivered; 01/06/2025 - sent e-mail indicating problems with projector (purple "haze" in center of image on screen, and eventually projector stopped working - power lights come on but no light coming out), expressed desire for replacement. Company replied asking for an image of the defect but can't do that because projector doesn't work; 01/15/25 - mailing label received to return projector, was told to keep lens and they would send new projector (without lens). As of March 13, still no projector, and when our IT person tries to call and resolve the issue, he's told to talk to *******, but ******* is never in or "just left." They have our money and the malfunctioning projector, we have a lens but no new projector.

    I received an e-mail from the company within literal minutes after I submitted my complaint to you.  After initial conversations trying to resolve our complaint, he gave us the contact information for the company that makes the projector. My IT guy contacted that company and explained the situation. The company *** shipped us a brand new projector (the previous ones had been refurbished) along with a shipping label to return the second projector that likewise did not work free of charge.  Problem solved.
