  I hired Johan M&M Concrete Corp for a concrete patio installation. The project was executed poorly, failing to meet both the agreed-upon design and basic quality standards. Despite full payment and promises to address issues, the contractor left me with a substandard result and significant damage to my property.Detailed Issues:1.Quality of Work:-The contractor did not follow the agreed-upon design. - Workers didnt clean the area before pouring, causing large gaps beneath and around the edges, and the surface has visible holes and uneven patches.- Some edges broke when they kneeled on the wet concrete, compromising the patios structural integrity.- They initially promised to repair, polish and seal gaps but never followed through. The final product is far from what was ******************* Damage:- Concrete splatters were left on my new impact doors, fence, garbage bins, and plants, causing damage that remains unresolved.- This negligence has led to lasting damage that cannot be easily cleaned, and the contractor has shown no intent to resolve it.3.Lack of Contractual Documentation:- The contractor only communicating terms through texts and payment via check. This appears to be a strategy to evade accountability and avoid any contractual responsibility, potentially enabling fraud.4.Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Preparation:- They insisted on working on a gloomy day, assuring me that rain wouldnt interfere. It did rain during the process, which affected the concretes quality.- They smoked on my property, leaving cigarette butts, further displaying unprofessionalism.5.Dismissive Communication:- When I attempted to address these issues, the contractor was rude and dismissive, telling me to handle it myself despite the clear defects.Resolution Requested:I am seeking a full refund or immediate corrective action to bring the work to the promised standard, including thorough cleanup of my property and a proper finish.

  Mr ********************** ***************************** and a partner, Noilet, were paid $2700.00 to repair a driveway. They poured concrete for the driveway on Oct 20th, 2022. Within 2 months there were fissures and holes in the concrete collecting water and dirt. ***************** has been contacted repeatedly and at one point even responded agreeing to repair the work rendered by is company, only to shortly after stop responding to communications. It has been over 60 days since last communication.
