      I hired this company in October, ************************************************ my home. They were highly recommended by a contractor that had done work in my home. The owner of Computer Demand was also a personal friend of this contractor. I met with ***** the owner, came to an agreed price and the cameras were installed. April, 2023 I decided to have one camera added to the inside of my home. The camera was installed. On July 2, with the rain, massive amounts of water started to come into my home, down the walls, without stopping. I telephone ***** and messaged him. He finally contacted me and said he was out of town and would come by Monday. When the rain stopped the water stopped coming in. July 3, with another round of massive storms, the water began pouring in gushing from different parts of the camera (videos available). I contacted ***** again and he came out. Without my permission he drilled 12 holes in my gutter, which is now inoperable. He removed the camera, sealed the hole and said he would return Wednesday with a new camera. He came Tuesday, July 4 and installed a new camera. My wood floors are ruined, as well as the gutter. The camera stopped working Saturday, July 8. He blocked my number, before telling me this was not his problem, and told me he does not have insurance. I am working with Miami-Dade Code Enforcement to verify license. He has disappeared on me and will not respond to emails either. I now have 3 different addresses for him. Your upload is not allowing me to add the videos of the water intrusion.
