    We were relocating out of state and had a firm delivery window because of our new lease start. They kept us updated during transit, and the delivery came exactly when promised. No excuses, no delays, just clear follow-through from beginning to end!

    BEWARE!!! They are brokers and contract your items with different companies along the way! They won't tell you that when booking. The customer service team is not reliable. They say they will call you and update you and they don't. Some days they will stay in touch...other days you can't get anyone on the phone. Beware and do research. This was NOT a good choice for me and I would NEVER call this company again nor would I refer them to anyone. I moved a few items (it was an easy job) and it took 21 days and a ton of calls and emails - to just be updated. They don't tell you the truth on when your items will be delivered. I ended up paying three different companies as my job and items were handed off to multiple people. Shady at best!

    They even helped with some last-minute packing and gave me tips for unpacking efficiently. Highly recommended! The reusable crates they provided made packing easier and kept my items safe.

    I will say these guys are excellent and they'll do anything to make your move easy and stress free... and in the end they really helped me by removing a sofa that I didn't want.
