      *********************** coned me $1050 dollars refused to return and has blocked my number after leaving msg on his business phone number he has coned many people on ******** where he preys on unknowing people

      There is no legitimacy to this claim whatsoever. It is my belief that *** is a shill for the competition who has fabricated this false allegation in order to libel our business and advertise our competitor. They are unable to compete with us in a fair way, so these are the kinds of tactics they resort to. 

      *** did make some deposits via Zelle. He never finalized the specifications of custom coilovers (automotive suspension) that he claimed to want to order. He asked for a refund which was issued in full. Despite the fact that we don't have one cent of his money he has used these screenshots to claim that we are scamming people. We have been in business for 18 years and this is the first time anyone has made a claim like this that I am aware of. 

      We have a perfect relationship with our merchant service company. Despite doing millions of dollars worth of business we have not had a single dispute or chargeback with them which is almost unheard of. We also have a perfect relationship with four separate financing companies none of which we have ever had a customer dispute a purchase with. If people pay for a product they receive it or they are refunded. Our track record with this is perfect after tens of thousands of transactions.

      The tactics being used against us are extremely dishonest and unfair. If there was any truth to his claim this wouldn't be the sole complaint against after nearly two decades in business. It is my hope that the BBB will not propagate this lie. Thank you for the opportunity to respond.

      He has not returned my money please let me know what you need from my bank I would not be go this route if he had just returned my money . I left several messages with no reply back from him you guys where able to get reply back ***** has coned people i just want my money back i have tried many ways to get my back including calling him several times and emails as well with no luck

      He has not returned my money I would not be chasing this con artist if he had just returned my money he knows that exactly I am glad you guys where able to get a hold of him I have left several messages and and emails with no reply

      I'm not sure what you guys are looking for with this. This person is not a customer. This is some kind of illegitimate complaint possibly from a competitor but I'm not sure. This is not someone who has ever purchased anything from us or contacted us. They are not in our system, and I'm sure they have no evidence they have ever spoken with us or purchased anything from us.
