    This company was called for a slide out to be manually put out on the **,in the text from the company they stated they had the tool to provide this se**ice it wouldn't be a problem, after paying the invoice, I found out that the slide was not put out, they stated that they would be back in the morning with a peice of wire the motorhome needed and will be issuing a small refund for not being able to complete the job on the same day, the next morning I received a notification that I was going to have to pay 707.00 for them to come out and do the job, they never done any work on the motorhome for them to keep the 281.41 I already paid them there was no work completed or even began on the motorhome, when I called to talk to someone about the situation,the owner began yelling and cursing at me, telling me to find someone else and I had no idea what the situation is to work on them.we have 3 class A motorhome's I think we know a few things,he refuses to return my money and he absolutely did no work,the form I signed said work completed and he done no work to begin with. There are several Google compliant's against this business and he should not get away with just taking people's money and not performing any se**ices and the curse a customer out and call them **** *****, this is unacceptable behavior and work and the public should have a the right to request a complaint and have it taken seriously, because it seems to be a normal practice for this company to take your money curse at you and then hang up, I have text's messages to prove they didn't do any work to my **

    Dear ****** **** and whomever it may concern,
    Thank you for sharing your recent experience with one of our employees. We understand that our team members play a crucial role in the customer experience, and we value your feedback as it helps us maintain high-quality se**ice. Although the tech that you worked with is not the owner of ****** ** ****** *** - as this can be viewed publicly on . We are thankful that you have brought this to our attention.
    After carefully investigating the situation we have come to understand that there has been some confusion. The first quote sent to you on May 8, 2024 (Quote #*** (attached) did not include any other work done to your ** other than diagnostics. This quote simply was for the se**ice call fee of $100 that we charge to come out to your location. We charge all of our customers this for our mobile service. The other charge on this quote of $135  was for the one hour minimum of diagnostics. This is when we investigate the ** issues of your concern. The tech explained that there was no refund promised on the $235 that was paid in advance. As this is against our policy if services billed are completed. This quote was approved by you on our jobber site and then sent to scheduling. Scheduling would not take place without your signed approval. If you look at the quote that you signed on May 8 ,2024 it states under your signature that you are agreeing to the 1 hour minimum charge and the total quote price explained above your signature. It also says we have a no refund policy just below your signature.
    The second quote for $707 was never approved by you so therefore we never scheduled or returned to continue working on your ** issues. The tech also explained that your wife called yelling harshly over the phone, demanding a refund of se**ices already offered. So then you were asked to find another ** repair service provider to help you from there. As we direct our techs to do so if they feel its unpeaceable to go back to a customers property. We make our workers safety a priority as well. 
    Although we take pride in our Google review ratings of 4.5 out of 5 from over 100 of our previous customers, we have also taken note of your concern and will conduct an internal review to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to improve our service.
