I brought my car in for a noise in the front end. I was told I needed new struts, new tires, new breaks (rotors and pads). I asked for an oil change and to check the windshield wiper container for leaking. *** the owner said the noise was from the struts. When I came to get the car he showed my the struts they took off the car. A few days later the noise in the front end was back. "****" told me the struts were under warranty and one was faulty, they would repair it. Picked it up, as I drove away there was a loud sharp noise.Seems no test drive. Tech said it was a piece of metal on the rotors, they fixed. The next day it, same noise again in front end.I called, they said to bring the car. I came in approximately 10am on Thursday. **** came out laughing. I said I was pretty upset that I was back. I asked for a ride home. They gave me the card of a driver. I said I had hoped for them to assist me since this was my third trip and I've already spent close to $2800.00. He was extremely rude and clueless as to why I'd be upset at my third visit back. A tech came to test drive the car, pointed at my broken tail light and said "is this going to be our fault" "you've been here three f****** times already" he got in to my car. I told **** that I didn't feel safe with this tech in my car. The tech proceeded to drive off. It was frightening.**** said to come into the garage under the car which was on the lift. I really didn't feel safe. So I said I feel more comfortable inside, they have cameras. I tried to explain what had happened and why I was upset. Apprehensively, went under the car and he said the tire rim had a slight bend in it. He said that isn't the problem though. I told him you took the tires off and did a break job. He tried to blame me and intimidate me. I was frightened and do not trust this business to service the car and fix the faulty struts. I when to Christian **** next store and he confirm it's the struts and that I need the original equipment.
