      If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a torn MCL related to a work injury. It took them a MONTH to get me in with orthopedics, and that was after I called orthopedics myself and told them to "return JE calls" then told JE that I got through immediately and could schedule myself. I never know who my adjuster is since no body returns calls or emails. Took me another month to get in with physical therapy, only they didn't send me to the PT place my orthopedic physician requested. Now I am going on almost 4 months post injury and still have to wait another 2 weeks to see PT. They are horrible!
