    ******* Cantwell performs miracles! Back in 2021 he helped us lock in an insane 2.8% on a refi and over the years since then he is always quick to respond to an email if I have questions for myself or others. So earlier this year, when we discovered we needed a new roof, and my credit union couldn't help due to a paperwork snafu, I reached out to him again for advice. Well not only did he respond, he took it upon himself to help me secure the funds I needed to get the job done. He didn't have to. I wasn't buying a home. It wasn't a massive loan. It wasn't something he normally does - BUT he did it anyway - diligently and with a smile. Below is my original review from the first time he helped us. I'm telling you, you cannot go wrong working with *******!CLOSED AND FUNDED!To say **** Cantwell goes above and beyond is an understatement. From start to finish, he patiently advised, coddled, facilitated and executed the entire process of refinancing our home. Even in our weird, extenuating circumstances, everything was smooth sailing the entire time. If you've ever bought or refinanced a home, you know what a pain it can be with all the paperwork, back and forth, approvals, etc. Let me tell you, **** and his team handled EVERYTHING. Once the process kicked off, we got system notifications every step of the way with exactly where our loan was in the process, next steps and expectations. We did 99% of everything remotely and the one time we did go to his office he stayed after hours to accommodate us. I am telling you, if you or anyone you know is considering refinancing, go with ****. Just. Do. It. He's friendly, honest, impeccable with his word and just all around a great guy. ??????
