    Stay away from this location and this company. Every six months they up the rates between 25-30% - I was paying $$68 in November of 2023 and just got the notice that in January of 2025, it will be $112. This was after the price went from $68 to $87 on April 1, 2024. All "legal" of course. They are giving notice which makes it legal to keep upping the charges with proper notice. No improvements to the facility opens later in the day than the previous owner and the price increases are way beyond the cost of living. I get all things are costing more, but 60% in a 12th month period. Stay away!!!

    I have a few concerns about my experience with this storage facility. Moving in was straightforward, and I appreciated that they were open until 10 PM, even though their website advertised 12-hour service. However, after renting for four months, I missed a payment and was not notified about it being late until eight days after the due date. I called on three different days to pay the late fees, but I later discovered they had changed their hours without notice. They now close at 6 PM instead of 10 PM, which is a major inconvenience for me since I work until 6. On top of that, I only had 48 hours to replace the locks they put on my unit due to the late payment. To make matters worse, they dont return ********** have to call them three or four different times just to get a response. The lack of communication and unexpected changes have been incredibly frustrating.
