            I was given a quote on 6/1/22 for dentures. The final step (marked as the 3rd visit) was not able to be performed until 6 months after the 2nd visit was completed. I went to the appointment yesterday, and they waited to tell me about the increase of $100 until after they already had my dentures in their possession and I was no longer in a position to negotiate. I was not told when I called to make the appointment, I was not told when I arrived for the appointment, it was only 10 minutes into the appointment that I was made aware of this increase. I would like to be refunded the $100.00 that was not on the quote THEY gave to me. I agreed to pay $800 for the 3rd procedure but paid $900. That is a deceptive business practice and they should be made aware that it's not right.
