    This office is awful. My stepmother underwent a procedure 3/31/25. She was then prescribed an antibiotic that is supposedly not safe for someone with 3a kidney disease which my stepmother has. She also has dementia so she depends on her family for assistance. I am listed on her HIPAA form. I have been calling trying to get an answer to my questions regarding the antibiotic since the procedure. I am always told the same thing that my message will be high priority and given to the nurses. I did receive one phone call this past Tuesday, 4/8/25, but couldn't take the call. I tried calling back but I must be at the end of the line again. The woman who called told me they were short staffed. Well, that is not my problem. My problem is I am trying to help my stepmother regarding this antibiotic and can't get someone to help me. I am more than upset that there is such a lack of care from these people. If she is supposed to be taking an antibiotic she should have been taking it days ago. I'm not risking her health due to her kidney disease giving her medication that might be harmful. I called today and was told a manager, ****, would call me. that hasn't happened. I also call another location for a corporate number and the number I was given says the person can't answer. Doesn't sound corporate to me. It is just maddening. I hope others don't fall into this nasty place. I'm more than disgusted!!
