5 stars**** was great! Found my problem (which could have been crazy expensive) but it was something stupid instead. Perfect opportunity to turn something little into a big bill but no - it didn't even go over the basic trip charge. Plus, fixed my running toilet for $20 parts, and still all the labor was still covered in the trip fee. Happy camper here! (And I have never been given a bill with such perfectly legible hand printing - draftsman quality!) Will use The Drain Team again!

5 starsTaking care of my mom for sometime I really didnt need a leak in the kitchen. I called the Drain Team and they came out within a hour and took care of business. The young man was courteous and professional but the best part was he had the problem solved less than an hour. Thank YouThe Drain Team

5 starsToilet was grouted but didn't hold properly. They were very nice and sent a man immediately to correct it. The employee's name was *********** and he also was very nice and corrected the problem right away. His # *** ************ stands behind their work. If something doesn't work and lets face it nothing is perfect. So when it happens this is the type of people you want to be dealing with. They show how business should be done. 5 starsThis company is highly responsive. Technician *********** 392 was excellent in his repair of our leak. Then made suggestion that the faucets in other bath should be replaced to stop the leak and get a better guarantee behind the parts. We could not have asked for a more concerned technician handling our plumbing. Thank you Drain Team.The Drain Team

5 stars*********** #***,he showed me on the camera both of the root blockages,he first cleaned out the roots then put the cutter blade on and cut what was left them completely.Flushed out complete sewer line.He did a great job.The Drain Team

5 starsI called to have the main drain cleared while I had out of town guests. I was told someone would call within 90 minutes to let know when service could be done. About 15 minutes, a van pulled up to my house and a young man got out.It was my pleasure to meet *********. We talked about the problem and he went right to work. As it turned out, I had given him bad information about where the cleanout was and how it went under the house. In fact, the drain line ran across the back to another clean out then out to the street. He corrected me and explained why it was done that way.I normally do my own plumbing and have never had a issue in this house over the last 10 years that I could not fix with a plunger. This blockage was beyond that with the tools I had available. It was my pleasure to meet and observe *********. He is Very well versed in his job and is a credit to his profession and his employer. If needed, I will use The Drain Team in the future.
