  I felt I was in good hands. Everybody was very friendly and very professional. I did not have to wait a long time to be seen. I recommend St. Michael's Eye and Laser Institute very highly.

  St. ********* *********** Inst. is a fabulous place to go for your eye care. The staff makes you feel like family. Everyone is very kind. I have had cataract and glaucoma surgeries and everything could not have been more perfect. We have only lived in ******* for four years. We are blessed to have such a wonderful group for our eye care.

  Encounters with differ ent staff were good. I had a thorough check of my eyes by a technician. All concerns were taken to ********************* who addressed all the concerns brought by the technician and Me. He finally ordered an adjustment to my glasses which made an immediate correction to my reading and focus problems with my left eye.

  St. ***** has done an incredible job with my eyes. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and I paid $4000 for the lenses. My left eye is perfect 20/20 and my right eye is also20/20 even though I have a scarred cornea which causes a bit of blurriness, It seemed to take forever to heal from the surgery in right eye, but I stuck with the surgeon and I have not had to get a cornea transplant. It isn't perfect, but it works well. At my age of 82, I have no complaints.

  I have been a patient in this clinic for quite a number of years. *** ******************** and his staff are the best Physicians and clinicians on this West coast of *******. I highly recommend them to you.***************************

  Total scam doctors. I was recommended to a Cataract Specialist at their building because I was trying to get Lasik surgery and they said I was not a candidate because I have cataracts and they wanted to give me cataract surgery. My instincts told me to go to a different doctor and I went to another doctor for a second opinion. The second doctor said I did not have cataracts. The second doctor just shook his head and said they wanted to give you cataract surgery for what??? Your eyes are perfectly fine.

  Was lied to from the very 1st visit regarding being part of my insurance company plan network. Charged upfront for all services and not reimbursed as originally promised

  To be fair, I reached out to my insurance company and asked them to also decline payment, but I guess they did not.
  On my second visit to their office in 2 weeks, I spent almost 3 hours sitting in the assembly line of patients while techs took one picture or test after another. Some of which appeared to be the same as the ones I had the prior visit. This visit was a follow-up to the prior 2-hour visit the previous week. It was supposed to be with a specialist to address the concerns they found on my first visit.
  During the first 3 hours I did NOT see a specialist, I saw more techs and had more procedures done. By the way every patient in that room was subjected to the same procedures, although I highly doubt every one of us was there for the exact same thing.
  I was finally brought into a room; a man came in; I am guessing He was the doctor although he did not introduce himself as such. He did not address me in any way, but immediately sat down and looked at a screen with one of the many photos of my eyes. He looked at the screen for all of 5 seconds, swiveled his chair around and said I quote “ok, everything still looks good we will see you in 6 months”. I asked him
  What still looks good as I have not seen you before. He said “Oh, I thought you were here before”, he turned to the assistant in the room and said we need some other tests and walked out of the room. no explanation, no conversation, nothing at all, just left.
  I looked at the tech and asked “what just happened” she said we need some additional tests. I left the room, went to the lobby, explained to my husband, who had been sitting there for those 3 hours waiting for me, what had just happened, and we left.
  THIS WAS THE WORST MEDICAL EXPERINCE OF MY LIFE….AND I AM 58 YEARS OLD.
  Your facility is nothing more than an assembly line of tests and procedures for a money grab.
  Not only will I not pay this bill, they should consider themselves lucky my insurance company saw fit to
  pay them anything.

  Steer clear of this office! Went for routine annual exam and even though my insurance company said that I was entitled to a eyeglass prescription they refused and wanted 45.00 additional. This practice is all about how much they can bill the insurance for and how many visit copays they can get out of you.
