      Arrogant. Inflexible. Costly. ****** work on a refrigerator in ***************.

      Tech showed up turned unit on . Waited 3 minutes and then said had to replace the entire inner workings of the refrigerator wanted $3400 he was on site 12 minutes. The repair estimate included $2200 for labor. They demanded $395 then reduced it to $270 for the 12 minutes. BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! He refused to consider just replacing only the parts that had a leak he refused to fill with ***** he did not do any repair.

      This unit located on a Yacht in a galley kitchen. Unit needs a compressor.  Without a motor working charging this with freon would not get the unit cooling.  Under ******* regulations we have to report and freon use.  Fixing a leak and showing records of a repair not just charging unit.  The technician is experienced and competent to understand the Subzero cooling system. Any money collected during the initial diagnosis would be applied to the total repair cost. Customer was given an estimate to have a proper repair.
