    This business is doing the absolute worst thing a business can do to a customer. They are lying to me and who knows how many others. They always call right away when you need to re-order your CPAP supplies. The make you believe that all supplies will be covered by the insurance but a few weeks later after sending you the supplies you get a bill. This just happened to me an order they processed on 11/09/2023. They called me last week again and I suspect the same thing will happen in a few weeks where I will get an insane bill again. When the person takes your order they fail to mention any dollar amount. I always make sure I tell them to send me only what's covered by the insurance. I always make a point to say that so I don't have to pay out-of-pocket. They say that they record the conversations...they should replay it back and they'll know I always ask for JUST what's being covered by the insurance. If the supplies were not going to be covered by the insurance why didn't they ask me if I still wanted them or not? Why just send the supplies and then out of the blue hit you with a bill a couple of weeks later? This is some shady business. They hound you to get you to order supplies and I'm not even sure they are trying to get in touch with the insurance. Below are the line-items I'm disputing because it should have been covered by insurance otherwise I would have never agreed for them to send it to me. Someone should allow me to return these unused items and clear the amount I owe them. These are the values I see on the most recent bill for $594.06.     I've been waiting for 2 years..... TWO YEARS!!!!! They always say they need **** or thay as proof. My doctors and I sent them sooooooo much information..... literally everything they needed plus more. I still do not have a new machine. Very bad customer service!
