    Robinson Residential Elevator (RRE) installed and charged me $4,072.72 to repair my residential elevator for the period December 2024 to April 2025. Matt R******* continued to stall and drag out a repair what now appears to be fraud. He admittedly installed hardware to service an inoperable elevator to which he did not have the controlling software. He abandoned the project and disappeared. The elevator remains inoperable. I am in contact with an elevator company who states that they purchased the residential side of RRE business. They state that all they received was my name, address and contact information from RRE and nothing else. They further stated that they understand that RRE sold its remaining commercial side of the business to another elevator service company and is out of the elevator business. In the case of the above being true, his license should be revoked.
