This business sold me a car on 07/22/23 knowing that my license were being suspended as of 07/24/23. I tried everything I could to fix the suspension but was unable to due to court costs from 2015 that I am unable to afford. Due to the suspension I was unable to obtain insurance coverage for the 2015 ******* Elantra GT. With another chain reaction being the bank would not finance me for the vehicle. Amazing deals auto processed my $2200 down payment through my bank for the vehicle that they knew that they could never sell me. I called the business on numerous occasions to request my down payment to be refunded to me. After no response, I went to retrieve my money back. When I arrived I was treated like a criminal and trespassed off their property because they were unable to give me my money back because I was a woman and I responded to the owners emails later than he expected. I was told that They were not refunding me my money and then called the cops on me to have me trespassed from their property. I had the car in my possession for 7 days and returned the car to the dealership with a few repairs done to enhance the quality and value of the vehicle. The car was cleaned and in better condition than when I drove it off the lot. Amazing Deals Auto registered the title to the car in my name and I am willing to absorb the fees for the registration and the tag transfer from my 2007 pontiac G5 which can be deducted from the down payment refund.
